The Automation Map

A ₹2Cr business found ₹1 lakh a month hiding in work nobody needed to do by hand.

The case study

The business

A ₹2Cr services-plus-D2C company with a 4-person team. The founder personally handled follow-ups, listings, posting and outreach.

The situation

Nothing was broken. Everything was manual. Follow-ups, content, product listings, LinkedIn, email and dead-lead chasing all ran on someone's hands, usually the founder's.

Add it up and it was 120+ hours a month of repeat work. At even ₹800 an hour of founder time, that is roughly ₹1,00,000 a month spent doing what a ₹15,000 system does without missing a day.

What they did

  1. 1Mapped all 8 automatable systems against the business: content, listings, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, outreach, email, image and carousels.
  2. 2Ranked them by revenue impact, not by what was easiest, and picked the top 3 to wire first.
  3. 3Built those 3 over one quarter, each with a human approval step. Nothing ran fully blind.
  4. 4Handed the founder a dashboard and a 20-minute weekly review instead of 120 hours of doing.

The result, one quarter
