The Poster Factory

A small brand got agency-grade daily creative on roughly ₹500 a month, with a designer needed only once a quarter.

The Poster Factory

The case study

The brand

A small brand whose feed looked like five different brands by week six, the founder making 11 PM Canva posts that matched nothing.

The situation

Brand recall comes from the same colors, type and layout showing up daily until the audience knows a post is yours before reading the name.

A designer at ₹40,000 a month produced about 20 posters with queue delays, and the look drifted the moment they were busy.

What they did

  1. 1Locked the brand kit once: colors, fonts, logo rules and 5 to 6 layout templates a real designer approved on day one.
  2. 2Turned each layout into an HTML/CSS template that renders pixel-perfect every time, so the design cannot drift.
  3. 3Fed daily content in: the offer, the tip, the testimonial, the festival greeting.
  4. 4Posters rendered in minutes, the same look in October as in March.

The result, 6 months
